Rhonda is a licensed Cosmetologist for over 30 years and is the CEO of Rhonda Trott enterprises to include, Majestic Hair Images EST in 2000; Rhonda Trott Ministries EST in 2008 and Blessed Beyond Beauty Women's Ministry was birthed. In September 2018, Rhonda launched "Heels To Success Business Mastery" Coaching New, Emerging, & Aspiring Entrepreneurs.
Rhonda has hosted countless workshops, conferences, and revivals throughout the years and seeks to empower and impact lives.
September 2019 Rhonda appeared on The Word Network International Television Show as a guest speaker.
February 2020 Rhonda stepped into another dimension of ministry, birthing SWORD NATION 302. A movement for Evolving Christian Women seeking, empowerment, spiritual advancement, and the boldness to unleash their God given purpose. As a Fearless Living Strategist; Rhonda helps women to have a Warriors mentality, to be courageous, bold and confident.
Rhonda is married to Jerome Trott Jr. who serves as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries in Milford, Delaware. She serves as the Executive Pastor. She has 3 children and one grandson (Riley Bryson).
